rpms

95 jimmy 4x4 214500mi 4.3vt i posted a while ago about this ,rpms will goto 11000rpms off and on wether driving or when just starting. i turn off ignition wait a few seconds to restart, sometimes goes back to 7500rpms and sometimes have to repeat. i have a knock sensor code right bank, could this be my problem, i did replace tps two times as suggested but still have it also this is interrmitten thank in advaqnce k

Check all wiring and plugins.
Check white wire C-121 to coil.
Unplug dash plug in and key on check voltage on white wire from coil.
Post back voltage reading.
