94 tbird ac/heater ?????????????

:banghead: :banghead: OK folks here's' the problem with this car i have been working on this morning I cut the defroster and the car made a crazy noise as if something was grinding together . this happen when i when through all of heat modes.
It even did it when cut the ac on .

I think it might be the clutch but I'm not sure could it be a sensor or something esle.

the motor is a 3.8 non supercharged lx

By cut do you mean turned it on? If so, listen below the glove box on the passenger side and see if the blower motor needs replaced.
