99GTP moonroof visor help

My visor has been stuck back for the longest time and i finally got the motivation to attempt and fix it but I ran into an issue. I noticed that the visor is two pieces not one piece like my 97. Also the front piece is on two different tracks (upper lower). Can someone that has a functioning visor please inform me which track the front part is running through and which one the back visor is in... ? T
