what state?
ebay, local store, if u wanna put holes in the bumper.
if it's some state as long as the plate is easy for an officer to c, just put it on the dash on the drivers side.
i've done it since buying mine, gotten pulled over, and gone thru inspection without a word being said about it.

North Dakota, i wouldnt worry about it if me and my friends didnt have so much expierience with it, the cops go extremly out of their way to pull you over for no front plate, even if its on the dash or anything like that. its rediculous. plates and window tint are your worst enemies here when dealing with the cops.
and i was thinking an OEM bracket, i for sure dont want to put holes in this cars bumper with only 47k on it. so you think a universal bracket should work for it though?

go with the oem part.
just make sure that the previous owner didnt remove the bracket and while doing so, break the bolts holding it in, or it wont be so easy.
i agree, if u can find a wway to avoid cops, than do it.
ive had my fare share of run ins with cops, but i'm now starting to relize, speeding isnt everything. its how the speed effects u.
