i was looking around for another set of springs that will lower my front more, but the most ive seen in 2.25, and i think thats what i have now. i was going to get a cheapish set of coilovers off ebay or something. i know those arent going to be great qualitywise, but since my shock are already blown will it make my ride any worse? right now i have ST speedtech springs.

though your struts ARE blown, which is lame to begin with, the coilovers shouldnt really make a wholel ot of difference. that depends though, on how much lower you go. ive ridden in acar with blown struts that was slightly lowered, not a bad ride, just a tad bouncy, otherwise like a caddy, but ive also ridden on blown struts in a dumped car... i almost got sick it was so harsh. but hey, maybe youve got a heavily padded roof liner.:D

Get some decent uprated shocks first! It will stop you from bottoming out. I wouldn't 100% advise it but uprated shocks with cut springs (to lower it more) is better than new springs with blown shocks!

actually since i posted this i did decide to get new struts. dont know what yet though. im thinkin about gettin gr2's, sicne theyre cheaper. and they cant be worse than stocks... if not those, im gonna bite the bullet and fork out for new koni's. and i only want to lower another 1" at most. i might not be able to lower much if any cause of my tires and the fact i want to keep camber as close to neutral as possible.

i would have changed them sooner. but like you mentioned, the ride is pretty smooth, and just a little bouncy every now and then.
