Coolant System Drain & Flush

I have just purchased a 2004 sport trac and need to perform a Coolant Drain & Flush. Can anyone tell me where or shoot me a picture of the Block drain plug/s are located? I know where the drain is on the rad, but am having trouble locating the block plug/s. The haynes manual I have doesn't tell me either.

Also, any reccomendations on cleaners for flushing?
