Valve Lash?

Everytime i start my car after it sits like for 1 hr, there's this tapping sound. AFter it warms up for like 5-10mins it goes away. any ideas on how to fix it if its possible? thanks

you just need to open up your valve cover and tighten the rockers down to spec.

cool, so i can do it myself? what is the spec for it? or where can i find it?
