I bought my 98 a little while back and really like it. I wrote the original owner and he confirmed that he had changed the gaskets around 50K miles. So for $3500 I've got a car that will last me a long time I believe. Now I'm look at the auto trader sites for my area regularly for another Lumina and can't find one for sale. I can find them out of state but not local. What does this mean? Is the car so good people don't sell them? Was the car so bad most went to the junker because of gasket failures that weren't fixed in time?

I dunno. Everywhere I've been you can't throw a rock without hitting a Lumina...

Most people don't want to pay to advertise for a car as cheap as those Luminas have become, usually put signs on them in front of their houses near my area.
