This is embarrasing... How do I access the driver side low-beam bulb? I'm tired of cutting my hands!

Can anyone help?

THANKS in advance!

Duane,

Did you get this squared away? I noticed your post is a few weeks old...if not, here's the goods.

Behind the radiator wall are two tabs you lift up -- see where my fingers are pointing?

Pop 'em up!

Lift lightly from below the headlamp assembly, and tilt forward from the top:

By the way, note the two square-ish holes. That is why you had to lift a bit, then tilt from the top. There are hooks in the headlamp assembly that drop into these when putting it back together. Make sure you're on these before you put the tabs back on.

Hope this helps.

John

Hey... Thank you very much! I did get it squared away.

Your (the right) method would have been a lot easier and less blood. It seems that whom ever put the lamp in must not have had it seated correctly because when I finally removed the lamp and put it back in it was aimed fine.

I adjusted the lamp all the way down 'til the adjuster was out and that gave me just enough room to finangle the bulb out and put it back in right.

Thanks for the reply... The pictures were most helpful!!! Next time will be a breeze!

Glad to be of service, Duane! But hopefully, there won't be a next time -- may your replacement bulbs last forever!

Cheers,

John
