02 Monte Carlo Ss Electrical Problems

My Bf Has Put A New Ignition Switch Recently And Took It To The Dealer Ship And They Fixed The Electrical Problem ($2,000), But After 3 Months It Started Again, The Trac/abs Lights Go On All Of A Sudden And The Guages Go All The Way To The The Right Or Should I Say (ex. Like From Empty To Full Then Back To The Amount Of Gas He Had) And Does It Alot, And His Blinkers Wont Work It Makes A Buzzing Noise, Any Ideas What Could Be Wrong With It. Some Times It Wont Even Start, Right Now Its At The Dealer Ship And They Are Telling Him Its The Ignition Switch Again, But We Dont Think So. Any Ideas Please Help!
