Front end problem

I'm hearing and feeling a "Ka - Thunk" noise on my front right side when I'm slowly backing in reverse. It never happens when going forward and only happens when I'm slowly backing and turning. What might be the problem?

What year?
4W drive?
Check wheel lug nuts and wheel bearing.
If 4W check axel and u jounts real close.
