Wheel Cover Noises

The Wheel Covers On My 1996 Buick Regal Are Loose, And They "spin" If You Turn Them By Hand!
They Make Strange Noises If You Hit A Bump In The Road.
All Four Are The Same. Shall I Take Them Off And Tighten The Tabs So They Will Not Turn?

Don't know if you will be able to tighten the tabs too much. They are probably plastic and just getting worn off. If it bothers you, you could just take them off and leave them off. Or you can get some cheap replacements at an auto parts store. You could also scour some salvage yards and see if you can find some replacements.
