Another Peugeot is started, I try to build it street style with all the interior convertion also. The body is painted and cleared, not too much has been done beside this so far. The color is a kind of purple similar to the original car color, but hard to take pics about. I filled all the holes on the body before painting of course, and built a "soft" wing using the original part, also plan to change the rims. Here is the body so far:

Yesterday I finished the brakes (PE parts were used) and the suspensions, so I couldn't resist a quick mock up with the rims I chose:

It bears a passing resemblance to an Eclipse Spyder; I like it so far. :sunglasse

I got some good critism about the size of the rims as they are too undersized comparing to the brake discs I was told. I replaced them, do you think it suits better? Pics:

Nice project you got here (although I still prefer this car as a rally car).

Concerning the wheels, personally I would choose the first ones you've shown. The second set doesn't "feel" right. I think they're too big.
Isn't it an option to put some 16 spoke OZ's under the car (like the Bozian Racing 206 of Tamiya has, and IIRC Reji and/or Renaissance do make sets of these too) ?
I think they would suit very well.

Thanks for the feedback about the rims. I plan to build it modern street tuning style which means big diameter rims and low profile tires nowadays. So I think I stick with the 2nd set of wheels for this reason.

Anyway, the interior is done, all black:
