1995 chevy lumina sedan died while driving. I now have no electric power to anything. Battery registering 12.9V, ignitinion fuses look good. What could be the problem?

Check fusable links down at the starter. Primary wire sections that burn through when overloaded.
You talking the fuse block under the hood or the dash box?
Courtesy lights in the interior? Key in ignition chime? Anything?

I got it. aparently with all the junk Chevrolet thinks needs to be under the hood I couldnt tell the ground was barely loose from the battery. took it off and cleaned, it fired up as always.
Thanks guys
