valvetrain noise???

hey guys..i just did a port n polish head swap...and new camshaft..also did shorty headers..new old pump, new timing chain, after i was done with the install i started the car and the valve train noise is very loud! i have 1.75 roller rockers, new double valve springs, titanium retainers. cam specs are as follows..228 duration @ .050, .620 lift, 114 lsa..ive drivin it for over 50 miles now and no change in noise..also the car feels like a dog! idk if the computer is just trying to figure out whats goin on or what but the car is slower if anything! any ideas on my problems?

Sounds like the valve lash needs to be reset.

well i pulled the valve covers off yesterday..found out what all the rukus was! 9 bent pushrods!! haha almost all of them were intake ones too..no wonder car ran like crap! well ill have to order a chromemoly set for added strength..plus i needed to get smaller pushrods anyways i think thats why they bent...
