MIL stays on

MIL Illumination, have had truck back to dealer, had MIL reset, No codes are showing on Diagnostic Scan Tool (DCBIII). MIL will stay off for a few days then it stays lit. And yes my gas cap is tight! Any ideas, or anyone else experiencing same problem. 2001 Ram 1500 4x4

Mine just went on. 32,000 km 2002 ram 1500, taking to dealer asap. will let you know what they tell me
