Wiring Issues/Power windows and Door locks not working

The vehicle is a '93 Gmc Sonoma/S-15.

Last night I shut my truck off (everything working as it should) and today my power windows and doors are not working at all, but it is just them. The rest of my truck runs and operates as it should, lights and radio. I've done continuity checks on the 30a breakers for both of the affected acessories, and they are all good. I'm not sure if it would then be a issue of a power wire that should be feeding the acessories to the fuse box that may be the issue. Has anyone ever had this issue before, and also does anyone know what I would need to do to check the power coming to my fuse box?

P.S. The haynes manual doesn't cover this type of issue in any detail. The wiring diagram only shows the fuse block and says hot at all times. Also I just found out this truck did have an alarm system at one point in time. Don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not.

Pull the master switch and see if it is getting power and ground.

AZ web site or local libary may have a wiring diagram.
