Dash/courtesy Lights not working '97

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem...but when I turn on my headlights the dash and courtesy lights do not come on. Also my radio display turns off at this time as well.
All other lights seem to work though my gas gauge seems to float around and my ceiling console does not display anything at any time.
Is this an easy fix or should I take it in to the dealer?
