I posted a video of the RPMs so that you guys could get a better idea of what the problem is. To me, it doesn't seem like it could be a fuel pump issue anymore. I'd think if it was the fuel pump then the car would sort of bog down when you step on the gas and stutter but it doesn't. Its just a plain lack of power really. The way the RPMs move consistently seems to hint towards some kind of an electric (solenoid issue). The only thing i can think of is teh throttle position sensor causing this.
