Try the O2 Sensor, thats usually the cause of it.

Yep, O2 or MAP... MAP's usually don't go on Honda's... only ever heard of one bad one... out of thousands... but, I suppose it's possible.

Check to make sure your ECU is the right one for the engine too.

Thinking about it... when you put the new TPS on, did you go through the adjustment procedure? or did you just screw the new one back in like the old one was?

The reason I ask, is that if your TPS isn't giving the right throttle angle to the ECU, the ECU may add more or less fuel than you need, depending on which way it's off...

This might cause a rich condition if your TPS is reporting, say, 50% throttle when you're actually only at 41%... ya know?

If you need the proper adjustment tut, I'll find it for you, just say something.

yeah double check the adjustment...if you haven't done so. then my next guess is the O2. they go bad as they age and if you have had a blown headgasket and got coolant on it that will coat it and make it not very accurate.
