I have a honda that at times will not start. Well since the last two of my accords that did this ended up being the diistributor. so I replaced the distribuor on this one. Well now, it will go few days fine, then go out to start and it won't start.:banghead: I've been reading on that the main relay might be the problem.
The help I need is where the heck is it?? And how hard is it to get to???

You can get replacing parts untill you hit the right one but I would start with diagnostics first.
How many miles do you have on your car?
What is it's manitenance history: plugs, wires, distributor cap?
If plugs and wires test OK, it may point out to the main relay.
Good luck,
Sam

When I replaced the distributor. I replaced spark plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor button. The more I read about the symptoms of a bad main relay. It is sounding more and more like that is the culprit.
The car has 180,000 on it. But I replaced the motor and trans. with one that had 150,000 on it.

The main relay is under the dash on the drivers side. Hard to get to...it's a fair sized grey box (about 2 inches by 2 inches). It is brown on the connection side and has 4 large pins in it. Mine was hanging loose under the dash, but it has a bracket on it, so it might be attached to the firewall or under the dash. Replacing that relay helped me when I had the same problem on my 92.

Thanks, I found it , and replaced it last night. I took the old one apart, and looked at the solder joints. there was one that had a hairline crack around it. I sure hope this fixes the problem.
