headlight burns out

I have a 2003 galant gtz, for about the past year it keeps burning out the drivers side headlight. I've tried several different types and brands and each only last about 2-4 months. I've checked the wiring and for corrosion in the connection. There is no moisture in the assembly and I've even used some bulb grease to seal the rubber boot just to make sure, The passenger side seems to last forever
