Power Lock Relay

Hi Guys,
Is there a power lock relay in this vehicle "Rodeo"? Mine power lock fuse is keep blowing when I start it. I can't see to find a relay for it. I look around under steering wheel console and in engine compartment and there is nothing mark for power lock. The wire under steering console looks good but every time I start it, it will blow a fuse almost instance. I need your help please. Thank
