Replacing Drivers Window - 98 Coupe

Okay, recently my window regulator/motor broke and i had to order a new one. I didnt want my glass to be inside my door so i took it out while i waited for the new regulator to arrive. Now that it has came i installed it, but now i cant get the window back in!! I've gotten it into the door but i cant get it in the tracks at the front and rear of the door!!!!

Any tips for getting this done? I've been trying for 3 hours now and finally had to quit.
