Security light

Hi everyone. Need help with '92 Olds 88. Last night when I got to work, the blower motor stayed on after I shut the car off. Today when I swapped out batteries to try get the car home the car will not even turn over. The security light keeps blinking on the dash. I am pretty sure it is the ignition that went bad but I need to get the car running to take it to the shop. Is there any way of shutting off this security feature so I can get it started so I don't have to spend an extra $100 on towing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
