1996 Voyager, how to remove dash to replace speakers?

The title says it. How do I remove the dash top to replace the stock speakers?

i would shy away to putting them in dash and put them in your doors i did. if you put them in dash you got along hall. but thats just my opinion...

My Voyager doesn't have the place for the door speakers in the door trim panel.
