No offense dude, but you should have thought that one through before you just went out and bought a turbo.
To answer your question though, yes, you will need support mods to run that turbo to any degree of its potential... with my big 16g (slightly smaller than your Evo III 16g) and FP2 cams I was hitting 100% IDC on the 450's on about 12 lbs of boost by like 6000 rpms I believe. Beforem you put the turbo on you should really do your research, here's a couple sites for you to check out:

Ooh, in that case very nice... think he can hook me up too? ;)
To run it to its 100% potential, you are going to need quite the laundry list of parts. Here's a pretty good guide of what you'll need: http://www.dsmtuners.com/sub.php?page=1gdrag

Can you jokers try posting in English, please? I'd rather punch myself in the sack than read another post along these lines.
That said, the rule is "supporting mods first", not "what can I get away with".
Yeah, you MIGHT be able to "get by" for a while without the right supporting mods, but why risk a motor?
Read Thor's links to the Tuners upgrade path.
BARE FUCKING MINIMUM: 190lph, 550cc injectors, AFC (or compensated chip), and a logger.
Did I mention a logger? Wait, let me try again...GET A LOGGER. All the mods in the world are useless if yo have no clue what they are doing.
