74 Nova/Omega Engine Mounts

I am writing in here because you guys can probably lead me in the right direction. I have a 74 Olds Omega that I am putting a Mondello 403 in. I have spoke with both Prothane and Energy Suspension and I am having trouble finding motor mounts for my car. They are unable to tell me what will fit and wonder if they are clam type or tab. I have no idea what they are talking about. This is my first car restoration and I am needing to make sure I get the right part. thanks for the help.
