Code Reader - '97 Towncar

Does anyone know if the computer codes on the Towncar reads to OBD II?

Secondly, once the code is read, where can one get the results? Is there an online site, for example, that will decipher the codes?

OBDII is the 2nd generation for ECU's,and all cars produced from 1996 to current should be using.
Pull code from scanner + use GOOGLE!
