P28 chip auto trans issues

Hi technicians i have a civic auto transm. with a P28 (dx model with d16z6) and the first issue is that i can't take the second shift more than 5k rpm's, it shifts by itself even with the shift lever on second, is there a kit to make that second last longer like the first shift? And second i chipped the ecu with a P28 auto trans chip, the shift lock does not work while the jumper is on (i don't mind that) but in neutral or park it revs up until the oem cam cant pull any more rpms but when i shift it does not go longer than 2k rpms. I have changed the chip twice and still have the same problem, where can i find the soloution? Will appreciate any help, Gracias!:banghead:
