white smoke that smells like fuel

Hello.I have been getting alot of white smoke from my 1994 mitsubishi diamante ls 3.0 liter dohc.It is fine when I start it for like the first 7 minutes but as it gets to normal operating temp it smokes moderate white smoke that smells like gasoline.Then I hit the gas pedal and it smoke up the whole entire area that smells like gasoline.Before I have bought some smoke away additive because I have thought that the engine was worn and oil was burning.I have also changed to a thicker high mileage castrol gtx oil.Still am getting alot of smoke.Also I looked under the hood and the radiator fans are not spinning.What could be the problem of the white smoke?
