Stock Speaker install for 99 Ram

My stock speakers are dying so I am going to put some new Pioneer 6.5" speakers in the rear of my 99 Ram regular cab, although not the original 5.25" they are supposed to be the stock fit. Does anyone know where I can find specific instructions on this process?
