Where can I find these SPlug Wires?

my former friend on his 1993 Mazda MX-6 has 10.5MM Hi Energy Spark Plug Wires (Blue in color) on his plugs, and he wouldn't tell me where he got them. could anyone put me in the right direction? Ebay is a good listing too if none other.
