Modified Grill

I'm playing around with my car today. I put a home-made grill in a couple years ago. Painted it white today along with my 100 watt driving lights. Came out OK for a poor man's work :smokin:

Is that a special tag? What does it mean? It looks good, but I would have run the wires through the bumper rather than over the top. But, grill does look nice being white and matching the rest of the car.
