1990 beretta gt 3.1 runs rough

when the car worms up it will run rough and no power it feels like i lose a plug and then it will run just fine after a wil the it go back to no power you can smell fuel from the tail pipe. have change coil,plugs ,tps,iac, not helping if take foot of the gas it will die .
