As my wife was pulling into the driveway, the Oil Pressure and Check Engine Indicators came on. I did a quick check and got a code for the Cam Position Sensor, but I am obviously concerned about the Oil Pressure. I think both of these parts are driven from the Cam? The Engine does seem to run OK and I plan on getting more into this tomorrow. Does anyone have any Ideas????? Any comments would be Appreciated....

Have you checked the oil level to see if it has enough oil in the crankcase?

Update: I did some research and work on the engine today, removed the Camshaft Synchronizer, and found that the Camshaft Position Synchronizer which is driven by the Camshaft also drives the Oil Pump through a shaft connected into the Synchronizer's tail shaft.
A Drive Gear which was pinned to the Synchronizer's shaft disconnected because the pin sheared off. This was a after-market replacement unit and I believe the quality of the gear pin was poor.
Fortunately, I magnetized the the shaft when I removed the part to keep the loose gear from falling into the block. I am now deciding whether to re-pin the gear or order a new part and get the car running again.
