Lug nut missing on my neon

I just looked at one of my tires and it seems a lug nut was missing. Do you think this is still safe to drive?
Right now i have 4/5 and am still driving it around. Think this will be alright?

The parts sell new ones for a reasonable price. Buy one and put it in yourself.

the thing is i think that my bolt is stripped so i cant put that n myself. How muc do you think it would be for a new bolt plus lugnut plus labor?
