98 Venture Oil Not Pumping

Hi,

I have a 98 venture about 90,000 miles. The car engine shaked and shut off. When try to start it shakes for about 5 sec and the oil pressure light comes on. It appears that the oil wasn't getting to the engine. I changed the oil pump and the oil pump shaft. Still the oil filter is dry. Any help would be much appreciative.
