Replaced engine problem

I recently suffered a cam belt failure and had to replace the engine in my 75. It's a 2.0 litre V6 2004 engine that's gone in, and everything went pretty smooth - out with the old - in with the new! Now though, it turns over, but just won't start. The OBDII error is 0340 which I believe is pot 4 not sparking properly and 1471 (something about an internal fan?!?!) I've tried clearing the codes and just can't get it to fire - you can hear it trtying but it just won't.

I've replaced the cam sensor on the front bank to no avail, I have one spare connection socket though on the main loom and i'm worried I've forgotten to plug something in! It's a green/yello, grey/white and blue wire (there are two) with on groove for the connector. Anyone know what it's for - I've been round and round the engine and can't find where it's supposed to plug in.

Any help/photo's of the KV6 wiring loom at the front of the engine by throttle housing GREATLY appreciated!

Cheers
Andy
