Defroster not working

When I put on my defrosters, the air comes out of the other ports but not at the windshield. I have automatic climate control. Is there a vacuum hose off or something like that?

My A/C selector is manual and it has plastic hoses in the back, and they could go out, i'm not sure about the electronic one but it sure works with vaccum so try to pull it out and check if you see any broken hoses.

Thanks, I checked the hoses and they are fine. I think something may have dropped down the defroster vent when I was working on the blend door :runaround: .....yes I dropped the last screw down there and hoped that all would be OK.
:screwy: Does anyone know where I can get a diagram of the vents and doors so as to try and locate that little critter so that I can somehow fish it out or maybe from inside and under the dash drill a hole in the suspected area and maybe fish it out with a magnet?
