97 won't start

Ok, I switched out my aftermarket CD player for a new one. Used the existing wiring harness, just spliced into it. Went to start it and now all it does is click like the battery is dead. It isn't, charged completely. Anti-theft does not blink - stays constant. Could I have shorted out a relay or something?
