'00 jimmy won't shift or run smooth after warming up

My 2000 Jimmy starts, runs and drives smooth on a cold start. As soon as it warms up, the trans won't shift very easily out of first, the engine runs very sluggishly, and the check engine light pops on. I had the light checked at autozone and six codes came up: P0101 (MAF sensor), P0131 (O2 sensor), P0151 (O2 sensor), P0143 (O2 sensor), P0131 again, and P0151 again. I find it difficult to imagine all of these sensors malfuntioned at the same time. This jsut started out of nowhere one afternoon recently and has rendered the truck almost undriveable above 10-20 mph.

Can a clogged CAT be backed up so bad that it backs up all the way up to the air intake?? Any suggestions?

Plugged cat will do strange things.

For a quick test on it check engine vacuum at idel and at 2K rpm.
If vacuum drops under idel vacuum at 2 K rpm the exhust system is pluged.

Confirm good fuel pressure.
If good.
I would work on the MAF sensor code .
Sensor or circuit or wiring or plugin.
Try a unplug test.
Clean it with carb or maf sensor cleaner.

The o2 sensor codes are for a lean or low voltage condition.
And always make sure you have good fuel pressure.
