Rattling Windows

My windows are always ratlling, and i have to keep rolling em up all the time, is there anything i can do to keep those muther f'ers up?

change the window tracks. i'm pretty sure that's your problem

Thanx, how much are window tracks gonna cost me, and where would i get em, like just an auto store. How do i even get to them? Cuz i've taken off the door panel, and im clueless as to how to actually get to that part of the door.
