Headlight/ foglight help!

I was wondering if anybody knows anything about headlights and foglights. I want to have blue headlights and I also want matching foglites. I want them to be exact so that it looks good. Also, is there any sets that you can buy from a company that has both headlight and foglight bulbs in the set! If anybody knows much about my question or if anybody has had any experience in this field, please respond.
