ZZP Downpipes

Hey guys, I've got stock exhaust on my GTP. I was wondering which downpipe from ZZP (2.5" or 3") bolts up to my stock exhaust. Anyone know for sure?

Nevermind, I eailed ZZP and they said both will work, they guy recommended a 3" downpipe.

I was going to see what you guys would use? 2.5" or 3"

I dont want to drastically change the exhaust tone (I like it the way it is), but I want something that will easily leave room for further exhause work in the future.

Anyone know the size of the stock exhaust?

What size should I buy? is that extra half inch really worth 20 more bucks?

Stock is 2.25". As long as it is the downpipe only you can go with the 3". I would not recommended going to 3" for the complete exhaust system. On future exhaust mods such as headers then the downpipe is a waste of money. Before my headers I used the 2.5" dp from another company and no issues.

Thanks Bob! I think I'll go with the 2.5" I wasnt thinking headers (especially not for a long time) I was thinking maybe cat back exhast work in maybe a couple years when its all rusted though.
