I have a LEAK!

I've been noticing droplets from where I usually park and I stuck a piece of cardboard down there. The next day I saw droplets and after work, I jacked up the car and went under. This is where I believe the leak is coming from:

I think the leak is coming from the power steering system somewhere.
The second picture are rubber hoses and could easily move back and forth. I thought fluid was leaking from there but when you squeeze it, the tubes are very hard so I'm assuming the rubber hose just has hardlines running inside!?!
The first picture seems to indicate that fluid was leaking from the threading area. Not sure if there are o-rings on there or not.
I had my pops turn the car on and turn the wheels back and forth but there was no squirting of fluids when I was down there. No droplets, no nothing...DOH! Anyone have any ideas!?! :(

I had a minor leak in the rack at one time. I bought a bottle of the Lucas stuff for power steering. Everytime it went low I added more Lucas. After using the whole bottle I no longer have a leak.

If the rack needs to be replaced, does the whole engine have to come out to access the area?

No, but it is a royal pain in the ass to get out. I can drop the whole front subframe faster than the rack.
If I ever have to replace my rack thats probably how I will go about doing it in fact.
