4L60E transmission?

I am thinking of buying an used 4L60E transmission from an 02' s10 Jimmy 2wd to swap it to my 97' blazer 2wd. I have two question, is it going to fit into my car? Is $325 a good deal that includes the whole transmission with the converter?
