intake system

I have a 97 K1500 5.7L and I want to put an intake system on it which one would be a better buy, AEM Brute force or just a good ol K&N? Will they help my MPG at all? Thanks

It already has a cold air intake system on it.
Your are beter off to stay the with wih OEM system.
Good AC-delco plugs and fuel filter and Good Ac-delco oem filter are first thing to help fuel mileage.
