alarm trouble

I have a 1984 Chevy full size K-10 Blazer. recently I replaced the engine and transmission. I have everything in it's place but my truck wont start. The truck came with a keyless alarm and it has a valet togggle switch. The alarm works due to the fact it turns on and off whenever I unplug the battery terminals or open the door without first de-activating the alarm. My question is is how can I bypass the alarm to get my truck to turnover?

Take it off and drop it in the trash can. and put wiring back to oem factory.
