I would say go for the 03 grand am over the 99 just for the fact of having less miles. Otherwise it's just gonna come down to options. Both cars are almost identical.
On that 03 becareful, cause either that car is a repaint OR it's really an SE in GT clothing. That color blue was never available on a GT but it was available on the SE! Plus i can see the one driverside molding has been repainted. I would suggest a carfax report on this car specifically to see what it really is this way you aren't getting ripped off by the dealer and paying more then you should.

yea the 99 does have alot of miles but its cheaper....but which ever one is bought its gonna be financed anywayz....the 2003 is better because we could have this car for the next 5 yrs or more and it'll only be 10yrs old...but i think the car was repainted..i neva seen that color on a grand am ever where i live at

Welcome to AF trae44 !!
I would recomend NOT buying a car from the internet without seeing/driving it first, and a carfax would be a definate!
Along with the carfax, if you have the VIN # you can goto a stealership and ask for a repair history report, so you'll know whats been done at the dealers.
And the blue one is not factory color, the hood is aftermarket as with the taillights. I think I've seen this one before, a member here had one painted like that....
Both seem awful cheap! I'd be leary of purchasing either one. :2cents:
